Audio Quality Issues on Incoming Calls

    AT&T made updates on 12/5. No further reports of audio issues since the changes. AT&T has the case mark for 24 hr monitoring and will automatically pass to a resolved state.

    AT&T will be conducting addition changes tonight 11/30 at 7pm CST. There will be a brief outage of 15 minutes for incoming calls.
