Many users are unable to send and/or receive email using Outlook/Exchange Online. Microsoft has acknowledged this is an issue within their cloud infrastructure and they are working on restoring services.

ERP & SIS Production systems will be undergoing standard maintenance beginning at 6pm on 2/4/26. Systems affected include Banner 9 Admin, Banner 9 Self-Service, Appworx, Cognos, Degree Works, InfoSilem, and ODS. Downtime not expected to exceed 90 minutes.
