Microsoft reported that the MS O365 licensing issue has been resolved. If you are still having issues, please reach out to CVTC's helpdesk.

Microsoft posted degraded services with O365 licensing. When opening Office products, an unlicensed message may pop-up preventing the application from opening, editing, or saving.

We are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue.
