Investigating

CVTC is monitoring a nationwide data security incident involving Canvas, our learning management system provider.

The incident involves Instructure (Canvas vendor) and has been contained, according to the company CVTC systems and network are not impacted Some user information and Canvas content may have been involved at the vendor level. There is no indication that passwords or sensitive personal data were affected.

ERP & SIS Production systems will be undergoing standard maintenance beginning at 7pm on 6/4/26. Systems affected include Banner 9 Admin, Banner 9 Self-Service, Appworx, Cognos, Degree Works, InfoSilem, and ODS. Downtime not expected to exceed 2 hours.
