MS Office 365 License Issue

Microsoft posted degraded services with O365 licensing. When opening Office products, an unlicensed message may pop-up preventing the application from opening, editing, or saving.

We are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue.

ERP & SIS Production systems will be undergoing standard maintenance beginning at 7pm on 8/18/26. Systems affected include Banner 9 Admin, Banner 9 Self-Service, Appworx, Cognos, Degree Works, InfoSilem, and ODS. Downtime not expected to exceed 2 hours.
