  Production systems will have cycle 3 upgrades applied beginning at 6am on 11/16/24. Systems affected include; Banner 9 Admin, Banner 9 Self-Service, SIS, Appworx, CRM Advise, CRM Recruit, Cognos, Degree Works, InfoSilem, and ODS. Maintenance window runs from 6am until 2pm.
