After a day of on-site troubleshooting and data gathering it appears as if these were isolated client incidents that together presented like a possible site-wide issue. As far as we can tell there are no issues with wireless as a whole for the EEC site.
» UpdatedStatistics from the EEC site are showing computers connected to wireless all day passing traffic in line with historical trends. AP's are all up. No network links to individual access points or remote sites appear to be saturated. We are not dismissing the issue however at this point are unable to locate data suggesting a large scale outage. Engineers have opened up a support case with our wireless vendor and will be on site early tomorrow morning to gather more details.
