  Production systems will have cycle 2 upgrades applied beginning at 7am on 5/17/25. Systems affected include; Banner 9 Admin, Banner 9 Self-Service, SIS, Appworx, CRM Advise, CRM Recruit, Cognos, Degree Works, InfoSilem, and ODS. Maintenance window runs from 7am until 3pm.
